CPA Funds at Work in the West End

It has been an exciting spring for WE Tree Boston! With funds we received from the CPA we were able to restore the 2 ovals along Thoreau Path. Airspading was done to reduce the compaction in the soil, vegetation was removed and new soil, leaf mulch and aged mulch installed and significant tree canopy pruning was done. The employees of Barrett Tree Service East and BrightView were incredible with the care they took to protect our aged trees and our new baby trees. We were so lucky to have had their skilled work. We hope you get to walk the path and see the transformation.
